Our Mission
Cheder Chabad of Monsey is a growing, vibrant facility that meets the Limudei Kodesh, Jewish Studies and General Studies, learning needs of each individual child.
Established in 1999, our mission has been to lay the necessary and proper foundation and training of today’s children to meet the challenges of the future, by forging links between our traditional and uncompromising Jewish values and the world around us.
The uniqueness of our school is the fervor and flavor of Chabad Chassidus, as inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, with particular emphasis on אהבת ישראל – Ahavas Yisroel – love of every Jew, and serving Hashem with שמחה, joy, interjected into all aspects of the school program.
Our smaller classes allow our staff to share their passion and dedication to Jewish life and learning, thereby creating an atmosphere of excitement and stimulation, while instilling a love of learning into our talmidim and talmidos – all of our students.
Our Limudei Chol, General Studies curriculum interweaves Torah values into its program, creating an integrated tapestry of up-to-date secular knowledge with an authentically Jewish worldview.
Above all, we are dedicated to educating the shluchim of tomorrow…today!
